OCT 25 (Sun) – Team Managers Meeting, PDBF Office, 9am onwards
(only 2 Representatives per team [can be TM, Sec-Gen &/or Team Captains)
– Drawing of Lots
– Deadline of Submission of HardCopy Entries (Galleries/Waivers)
– Deadline of RegFee Payment (One time reg fee of Php100/pax)
NOV 4 (Wed) – Posting of Draw Results & Race Programme
NOV 7 (Sat) – Technical Officials Meeting
NOVEMBER 8 (Sunday) – RACE DAY!!!
ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS:
- When making crew changes, please use the official PDBF CHANGE CREW form. Only 2 crew changes will be allowed.
- Please follow schedule of submission of confirmation, entry forms, registration payment and updated monthly dues
- No ID, no loading policy will be strictly implemented
- Coaches are not allowed to drum but are only allowed to steer
- Women’s drummer for the Women’s category. For the Men’s and Mix Open, either man or woman.
- Must all wear the same team uniform.
